Everything between the due date and the closed record

KIS runs the compliance program end to end: scheduling the visit, qualifying the partner, verifying the evidence, pursuing the repair, and reconciling the bill.

Inspection program management

Recurring inspection calendars built from each asset's service interval and jurisdiction requirements, dispatched to a qualified, credentialed partner with the scope and authorized limit already attached.

  • Frequency derived from the asset, not a spreadsheet reminder
  • Partner selection filtered by trade, coverage, license and insurance status
  • Site hours, access notes and closure days respected before a visit is offered

Deficiency and repair management

Findings become structured deficiencies with severity, recommended scope and evidence. Pricing, customer approval and purchase orders follow the rules in your agreement instead of a phone call.

  • Red tags separated from routine findings and pursued accordingly
  • Quotes built from contracted partner rates plus your agreed markup
  • Not-to-exceed limits and PO thresholds enforced, not remembered

Documentation and jurisdiction filing

Every visit produces a complete package: structured form data, the photo categories that trade requires, technician licensing and the filing receipt where the authority having jurisdiction requires one.

  • Required package computed per work order, not a fixed checklist
  • Incomplete submissions returned with the exact missing item named
  • Filing deadlines tracked per jurisdiction

Asset history and provenance

The asset service record is the system of record. Documents and photos are supporting evidence. A new claim that contradicts a verified value is held, not accepted, until the evidence justifies the change.

  • Verified values carry their source and the date they were established
  • Conflicting submissions preserved alongside the verified value
  • Every change to history is attributable and reversible

Service partner management

Onboarding, agreements, insurance and license expiry, rate agreements and performance are held in one place, so dispatch decisions use current facts.

  • Credential expiry surfaced before it blocks a dispatch
  • Rate agreements applied to quoting and invoice reconciliation
  • Performance recorded from real events: arrivals, corrections, clean packages

Billing reconciliation

Partner invoices are checked against the authorized scope, the contracted rate and what the evidence shows actually happened, before anything reaches your invoice.

  • Variances flagged with the specific line and the reason
  • Trip charges allowed only when the agreed evidence exists
  • Margin visible per work order, not just per month

The platform is not specific to fire protection. The same model — assets with service intervals, qualified partners, required evidence, verified history — applies to any recurring facilities service obligation.
